Alex I still can’t believe you’ve gone. I think of you every day. You fought so long against a cruel and painful disease which finally robbed you from our lives. Nobody really knew what you were going through, your bravery, your fight and your smile masked it all. I miss our stupidly long and random chats about space, the stars, politics, crypto and quantum theory!? You googling everything because you ‘just had to know’! The brightest mind I knew, the kindest heart I met and the sweetest soul I had been blessed to call a friend. And a mean cocktail maker! The day has come to say a final goodbye and lay you to rest.
